- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic; pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove chicken and set aside; mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then stir into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
- Return the chicken to the slow cooker and coat in the sauce.
- Serve with sliced green onions on top.
