  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 French baguette, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden.

  5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil if desired.
