Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Deliciously tender garlic butter steak bites served with crispy potatoes, perfect for a quick meal.

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  3. While the potatoes are roasting, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
  4. Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve steak bites hot alongside roasted potatoes.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the steak seasoning.
  • Feel free to customize the herbs to your preference.
