  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions and garlic; sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a crunchy topping, add breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter before baking.
