- 3 ripe white peaches, sliced
- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 cups club soda
- 1 orange, sliced
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced peaches, white wine, and peach schnapps.
- Stir in the fresh mint.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Just before serving, add the club soda and orange slices.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
