  • 1 pie crust store-bought or homemade
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add bell peppers, onions, ham, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
