  • 4 cups fresh spinach

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
