- 1 block firm tofu
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook turkey bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Crumble the tofu into the pan and stir in turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mash the cooked turkey bacon and mix it into the tofu scramble.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
