  • 2 ripe mangoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sticky rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Soak the rice for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and steam for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves.
