Sweet and Spicy Garlic Steak Pasta: A Flavor Explosion!

Sweet and Spicy Garlic Steak Pasta is a deliciously bold dish that combines tender steak with a spicy garlic sauce over pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear it in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest. In the same skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add soy sauce and honey to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. Slice the steak thinly against the grain and return it to the skillet, along with the cooked spaghetti. Toss everything together to coat.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra spice, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute sirloin with flank steak or chicken for variations.
