  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
