- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay the meat mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and form it into a rectangle.
