  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 pound chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
