  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, and ginger. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
