- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Place chicken in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over it.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and set aside.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce in the slow cooker to thicken.
- Return the chicken to the sauce and coat well.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
