  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the brown butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and smells nutty.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the brown butter to the mixture and stir until combined.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Once cooled, decorate the cookies with candy eyes to create spooky ghost faces.
