  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the artichoke hearts and spinach. Stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the cooked pasta and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
