- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic. Mix until smooth.
- Add the artichoke hearts and spinach. Stir to combine.
- Fold in the cooked pasta and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Mix well.
