- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and chopped spinach.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the cheese mixture over each noodle, then roll them up and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
