  • 1 pound sashimi-grade tuna
  • 2 tablespoons spicy mayo
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Press the cooled rice into a rectangular mold and refrigerate until firm.
  3. While the rice is chilling, dice the tuna and mix it with spicy mayo and soy sauce.
  4. Once the rice is firm, cut it into squares and pan-fry until crispy on both sides.
