Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake Recipe

A deliciously creamy and spicy salmon sushi bake that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 3 sheets nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with soy sauce and half of the green onions.
  4. Spread the rice mixture into a baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine the salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, and remaining green onions.
  6. Spread the salmon mixture over the rice.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
  8. Top with nori strips before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more sriracha to the salmon mixture.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
