- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- In a medium bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to marinate the beef.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the beef slices until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a pot, bring the beef broth to a boil and add the ramen noodles. Cook according to package instructions.
- Once the noodles are cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
- Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with the grilled beef, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add more gochujang according to your taste.
- Can substitute beef with chicken or tofu for a different flavor.
