Spicy Korean Ramen with Grilled Beef & Creamy Sauce

A delicious and indulgent spicy Korean ramen dish featuring grilled beef and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to marinate the beef.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the beef slices until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. In a pot, bring the beef broth to a boil and add the ramen noodles. Cook according to package instructions.
  4. Once the noodles are cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  5. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with the grilled beef, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add more gochujang according to your taste.
  • Can substitute beef with chicken or tofu for a different flavor.
