  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Mix in the heavy cream and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more gochujang to your taste.
