  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the mixed bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sriracha, stirring well to combine.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve over steamed rice.
