Spiced Pear and Cranberry Galette

  • 3 ripe pears, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced pears, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the fruit mixture onto the center of the pie crust.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the filling, pleating as you go.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
