- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onions and bell pepper until softened.
- Add ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until turkey is browned.
- Lay a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add the turkey mixture, bacon, and top with another tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve.
