  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and place them in a slow cooker.
  2. Chop the turkey bacon into small pieces and add to the slow cooker with the green beans.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the green beans are tender.
