  • 1 large cabbage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Remove the core from the cabbage and boil the whole head until leaves are tender.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Carefully peel off cooked cabbage leaves and stuff each with the beef mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in the slow cooker.
  5. Pour tomato sauce and diced tomatoes over the rolls.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
