  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
