- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
- Serve the meatballs with the gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.
