Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs | Easy Crockpot Dinner

A delicious and comforting meal featuring tender meatballs smothered in rich gravy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
  5. Serve the meatballs with the gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or onions to the meat mixture.
  • These meatballs can also be stored in the freezer for future meals.
