Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
