Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Meatballs

These slow cooker honey garlic meatballs are a delicious and easy dish perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and rice vinegar. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until meatballs are cooked through.
  5. Serve warm, drizzled with sauce.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
