- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, brown the beef cubes on all sides.
