- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add chicken breast, cooking until browned on all sides.
- Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes, then add carrot and celery.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

- Shred the chicken and return it to the pot.
