Ingredients

  • 2 sausages, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture.
  4. Place crumbled sausage on one end of the slice and roll it up.
  5. Cook in a skillet with melted butter until golden brown on all sides.
