  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips and salted caramel sauce.
  8. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • For extra caramel flavor, drizzle more salted caramel sauce on top before serving.
