1 pound ground turkey
4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, bring the beef broth to a simmer in a saucepan.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water together to make a slurry.
Stir the slurry into the simmering broth and cook until thickened.
Once the meatballs are cooked, serve them with the thickened gravy.
Notes
For a bit of heat, add crushed red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
