- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
