Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, roasted garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and then pour over the potatoes.
