Rich Creamy Baked Potato Soup

A hearty and delicious baked potato soup with the savory additions of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in potatoes and chicken broth; cook until potatoes are tender.
  5. Blend the soup until smooth and return to pot.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper; heat through.
