  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, vegetable oil, and egg.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  5. Fill muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra treat, add a sprinkle of sugar on top before baking.
