  • 4 large egg whites

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, puree the raspberries and strain the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gradually add sugar to the egg whites, and continue to whisk until glossy.
