- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Add the softened butter, pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
