  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, combine egg yolks, pumpkin puree, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  3. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
