  • 2 cans cinnamon roll dough
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  4. Cut the cinnamon roll dough into quarters and fold into the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with pecans.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fluffy and golden brown.
  7. Drizzle with icing before serving.

Notes
