- 2 cans cinnamon roll dough
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup icing
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Cut the cinnamon roll dough into quarters and fold into the pumpkin mixture.
