  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, almond butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the sliced almonds.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
