Pesto Pasta Bake

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pesto sauce, heavy cream, and seasoning.
  4. Add half of the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
