- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the roasted Brussels sprouts, turkey bacon, grated Parmesan, and lemon juice. Mix well.
