  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 8 ounces spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken ham, red pepper flakes, and oregano; cook for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in the diced tomatoes and stir; let simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in olives and capers, then crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and add to the skillet.
  7. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh parsley before serving.
