  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  3. Layer the bread slices in a baking dish, adding layers of chopped bacon between them.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and bacon, ensuring everything is soaked.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. In the morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
