4 chicken breasts
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the pot.
Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
